For those of you who are blogger challenged, this is how you create a post;
Log onto the blog page, by clicking the "Log in" icon at the upper right hand corner of the Blogger bar and sign in (your username and password will be emailed to you by Shauna).
Make sure you are under the "posting" tab and type away, give us your running info. Times, miles ran, and how often.... or whatever you feel is necessary! In order to publish your post, you must click on the orange "publish post" button.
Also if you want to add any sort of motivational running quotes, that would be great too. Now let us remember (ROB), this is a happy blog page; therefore, we are here to motivate each other to run faster and further so no grouchiness is necessary.
